Website terms
About these terms
These terms cover use of incoegy.com and its client and staff portals, operated by INCO Architects. Questions about these terms can be sent to incoarchitects.eg@gmail.com.
Website information and project services
The website presents INCO’s work and services. Portfolio images, descriptions and other website information do not replace project-specific advice, drawings, specifications or agreements. Any paid architectural or design services are governed by a separate agreement with INCO.
Portal access and acceptable use
Use only accounts and project areas you are authorized to access. Keep your sign-in details confidential. Do not attempt to access another client’s files, interfere with the website, upload harmful material, or use the service unlawfully. Contact INCO if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Website and project content
Website materials may include work owned by INCO or licensed from others. Access to this website does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially reuse those materials. Project files remain subject to the permissions in the relevant project agreement. You must have permission to provide any content you upload.
Social account connections
Social account connections are available to authorized INCO staff. With account authorization, the TikTok integration reads basic profile information, profile links and public video information to display INCO’s videos on its website. It does not publish or modify TikTok videos. Authorized staff can disconnect an account through the admin portal. TikTok’s own terms apply when using TikTok.
Privacy and external services
Our privacy policy at https://incoegy.com/privacy explains how information is handled. Links to external services open websites operated by those providers, whose terms and privacy policies apply to their services.
Updates and contact
INCO may update website information and these terms. The terms page will show its last updated date. For access, content or terms questions, contact incoarchitects.eg@gmail.com.
