Innovation Company.
An architecture and interior design studio, founded in Cairo in 2023.
INCO stands for Innovation Company for Architecture & Interior Design. We work on homes, apartments, workplaces and landscapes in Egypt and abroad, and we stay with each project from the first conversation to handover.
“We don't just design, we narrate experiences.”
A good space is felt before it is noticed. We design for daylight, honest materials and the routines of the people who live and work inside, and we let the details stay quiet.
Fewer, better things. Space to breathe.
Every dimension drawn and checked before it reaches site.
Stone, timber and textiles that age well.
The brief belongs to you. We start by asking.
The people behind the drawings.

Built on a grid. Opened by a threshold.
Our mark is a 2×2 plan module with a doorway in it, and so is our method. We begin with a clear grid of rooms and movement, then design the moments between them: the entrance, the turn of a corridor, the window that frames the garden.
