01 · The challenge

A calm home in a fast-growing industrial city.

In 10th of Ramadan, where modernity meets tradition and the city keeps expanding, the brief was a 250 m² home that balances sophistication and comfort: a refuge from the pace outside.

02 · The concept

Muted tones, natural wood and one open, flowing plan.

Soft, muted tones meet refined materials to create calm. Natural wood adds warmth and helps insulate against the local climate, while large windows bring in daylight and fresh air. Living, dining and reception share one open plan, so the spaces flow while each keeps its purpose.
